I want to thank James for the excellent work he did removing our old furnace and air conditioner and installing a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system. We had obtained two bids and picked James to do the work after he had taken the time to inspect our total system and determined that our duct work was not allowing proper air flow. Not only was his bid lower than the other company, James increased the size of the duct work for the return air and the duct work above the coil so that our system moves much more air than before. He also made adjustments so our three level home now has even temperature through the whole house where before the upper level was hot and the lower level was too cold.
James is very courteous and prompt, the work was clean and professional. I would highly recommend Herrera Heating and Air; James gave us great service and quality installation. We will definitely call him again for any service needs in the future.

I can’t thank you enough for all you have done. After calling several companies that either did not service and install propane furnaces and would not service our area, we found you. I received a verbal quote from a well known company and when I asked for a written quote to detail the work to be performed, the technician was rude, said I would not be able to find anyone to get up in my attic and when I eventually received the written quote, it had no detail and was almost double your detailed written estimate for the same install.
I was more than pleasantly surprised that you answered your phone, you were always in contact, you were never rude, your technicians are courteous, respectful and cleaned up when they were finished. You honored your warranty after the install and took care of a problem immediately when it was out of the scope of the warranty.
I highly recommend you and your company to anyone who made read this or ask for a referral.
